Confidentiality of Personal Information

Enpioner Engineering manages all information and documents throughout the employment process with the highest level of confidentiality. During the employment process, Enpioner Engineering may request for personal details to facilitate the organization to make well-informed decision in recruiting the most suitable and qualified candidate for the respective position. Personal Details may include but not limited to; your name, contact details, residential address, relevant qualifications and skills, past experiences and employment history.

Accessibility to Personal Information

Enpioner Engineering only disclosed personal information received from applicants to relevant parties within the organization that are involved in the employment process. Internal personnel involved in the employment process may include but not limited to; human resources department, decision making executives and managers from the hiring department. Enpioner Engineering will not divulge any information received from applicants to the public or any third parties.

Protection of Personal Information

Enpioner Engineering protects all information received from applicants against its internal policies and procedures, preventing any unauthorised personnel from accessing, misusing, misplacing, or removing it.

In the event of successful employment, all personal information gathered during the employment process shall be securely archived in individual files for the duration of the employment period.

In the event of unsuccessful employment, all personal information gathered during the employment process shall be securely archived within the organization for a period of 12 months and will be removed subsequently.
